Nothing on RevestEdu — including lesson content, the simulated market, or any figures shown — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. RevestEdu is an educational tool only. Always seek advice from a qualified, regulated professional before making real financial decisions.
3. Simulated market
The RevestEdu market simulation uses synthetic pricing and does not connect to any real stock exchange, brokerage, or bank. No real money, securities, or financial instruments are ever bought, sold, or held through RevestEdu.
4. Intellectual property
The RevestEdu name, logo, lesson content, and original game designs are the property of RevestEdu and may not be reproduced without permission. Where RevestEdu content references or resembles real companies, indices, or financial products for illustrative purposes, those names remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Third-party assets
Some in-lesson game art and sound effects are sourced from Kenney.nl asset packs, released under a CC0 (public domain) licence. No attribution is legally required, but credit is given here as good practice.
6. Limitation of liability
RevestEdu is provided for educational purposes "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevestEdu is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including any real-world financial decisions influenced by lessons learned here. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These notices, and any dispute arising from your use of RevestEdu, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
