By creating an account or using RevestEdu, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, we recommend a parent or guardian reviews them with you.

1. The service

RevestEdu provides gamified financial-literacy lessons and a simulated stock market for individuals, and a management dashboard for organisations (schools, banks, and similar partners). All market prices, portfolio values, and trades are simulated. Nothing on RevestEdu constitutes financial advice, an offer to buy or sell any real security, or investment guidance you should act on with real money.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up, and let us know at revestedu@outlook.com if you believe your account has been compromised. Organisation accounts are responsible for managing the individual accounts linked beneath them appropriately.

3. Acceptable use

Use RevestEdu for its intended educational purpose. Don't:

• Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Use the platform to distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Misrepresent your age or organisational affiliation when creating an account.

4. Simulated market disclaimer

The simulated market uses synthetic pricing that respects real NYSE trading hours but does not reflect real, live market data. It exists purely so you can practice the mechanics of buying, selling, and tracking a portfolio without financial risk. Past or simulated performance within RevestEdu has no bearing on how a real investment would perform.

5. Intellectual property

The RevestEdu name, logo, lesson content, and game designs are owned by RevestEdu (or used under licence — see our Legal Notices for third-party asset credits). You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the platform's content without permission.

6. Disclaimers and liability

RevestEdu is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it — including any decisions made based on lessons learned here, since real financial markets carry risks that a simulation cannot fully replicate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

You can stop using RevestEdu and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
